How long will sponsorship recognition remain online?

• • Recognition varies by sponsorship level.

  • Eligible sponsor recognition on the TMS PTSA Business Sponsors page will remain through June 30, 2027.

  • Premier Sponsor recognition on the PTSA homepage will remain for the remainder of the 2026–27 school year, through June 30, 2027.

When should businesses submit their logo?

• • Businesses should submit their logo and requested sponsorship information when purchasing their sponsorship so recognition can be posted as quickly as possible.

  • Email your logo to Beth-Anne McPhillips at tmptsa.president@gmail.com (Subject: Business Sponsorship).

What logo format should be provided?

• • A high-resolution PNG or JPG is preferred. Transparent-background PNG files are ideal when available.

Can our logo link to our website?

• • Direct website links are included beginning with the Pack Pride Partner level.

Will our business be recognized on social media?

• • Social media recognition is included at select sponsorship levels. Please review the benefits associated with each sponsorship level before purchasing.

Can a business sponsor more than one level?

• • Businesses should select the single sponsorship level that best represents the recognition they would like to receive.

Is sponsorship approval automatic?

• • All sponsorships are subject to TMS PTSA review. TMS PTSA reserves the right to decline or refund sponsorships that are inconsistent with school, district, PTA, or community standards.

Do business sponsorships count toward student, homebase, or grade fundraising totals?

• • Business sponsorships support the overall TMS Color Run campaign and may contribute toward schoolwide fundraising milestones, but they are separate from individual student fundraising and do not count toward individual prize totals, Pack Leader standings, homebase averages, or grade averages.

Can my business receive documentation for its sponsorship?

• Yes. A sponsorship confirmation letter may be requested for business records by emailing tmptsa.president@gmail.com. Please include the business name, contact name, sponsorship level, and preferred delivery method.
